Be inspiring. IMPACTFUL. MEMORABLE.

Koby is an award-winning portrait and fashion photographer based in Toronto. He is known for his ability to execute any style and technique, delivering images that surpass his clients’ expectations.

Koby’s interest in portrait and fashion photography began at a very young age with an old Vivitar film camera where he shot his first portrait. In 1997 Koby and his family immigrated to Toronto, Canada, and this is when his childhood hobby began developing into an impassioned career. He completed the Photographic Arts program at Humber College in 2006, and began his career as a commercial beauty and fashion photographer. When not on set in Toronto, Koby can be found researching the latest creative technologies, exploring new locations, and traveling to broaden his insights and inspiration.

Koby Inc. is founded on principles of quality, cutting-edge ingenuity, integrity, and philanthropy. Koby’s mission is to continually develop new photography styles and techniques, resulting in impactful and awe-inspiring imagery. Frequent collaboration with other artists across disciplines and mediums allow him to push the boundary of innovation, challenging anything from conventional lighting to post-production processes. His ability to execute any style and employ any technique is what sets him apart as a photographer.

Koby’s ongoing involvement in the industry includes educating and mentoring new and upcoming photographers, guest speaking at colleges and universities worldwide, and accepting local students into his co-op placement program. When the opportunity arises, Koby often contributes to charitable causes and programs seeking to use photography to give back to the community.
